Everything was smooth and easy to receive my knife

I returned a knife that broke not expecting it to be covered by warranty because most other companies find a way to not honor what the promise. Wusthof not only honored their guarantee, but they did it in a VERY quick and efficient way. We replaced our returned knife with a slightly different “Nakiri” style and wow… what a great experience. We will definitely be adding to our Wusthof collection in the future. Quality products!
