Customer service was great. They helped me with my warranty issue. Was easy ordering my replacement knife.

Easy to order online. Great quality products. My only complaint is wusthof did not stand behind the guarantee on my chef knife handle breaking. I contacted them, sent pictures and got a quick response that they would not replace it which was very disappointing considering the 1000’s of dollars I have spent on their products and the price I paid for the chef knife at Williams and Sonoma. I would have switched to a different brand if I had not owned all wusthof knives. Just disappointed that they didn’t stand behind the guarantee and product.
