Very comfortable mattress, excellent sleep.

This is the first mail order mattress I have ever ordered, which was completely perfect right out of the box! It is the perfect mix of firm yet soft. It cradles my body but offers tremendous support. I never wake up with a sore back now! I love that the edges of the mattress support anyone sitting on the edge of the bed.

A good mattress is an investment in your health. I live in a remote area and can’t try out mattresses. I did loads of research, poured over reviews, videos, and decided on Wink. I had a litany of criteria. My husband and I are active gym goers and sleep recovery is crucial. Good for side sleepers with older joints. We also needed something quiet with good rebound…. you know why, solid foam doesn’t cut it. Wink checked each box. My package got lost in the mail because it happens when you live in Alaska. The customer service rep, Kristen, arranged a replacement, checked in daily, provided me updates personally and was beyond amazing. I’ve never had such diligent, dedicated, professional support from a company. We did get our mattress, it’s everything we hoped for: sturdy, comfortable, quiet, not hot, I’m so happy with this choice. Worth every penny.

So far so good. The pain in my back and shoulders is greatly reduced. Hopefully the pain will be gone after more break in time. Dick
