Customer service was excellent!

The firmer WinkBed has been much better for my back as I replaced a relatively new mattress that wasn't comfortable. I've been happy with the temperature, as it provides a cooler sleep, and I like the firmness around the edges of the bed. I highly recommend!

I love the new mattress and the way it was compressed for delivery made it really easy to switch out witht he old mattress.

Beds are fantastic, I personally had problems with the Twin XL beds being too short for my adjustable bed. They were the normal twin sizes with twin xl tags. Customer service is exceptional, worked with me thru the process of getting other ones and a full refund per their return policy. I would have kept the bed except it was too short. Every process was exceptional. Thank you!

This may not be a tempurpedic but it sure sleeps like one. Firm mattress with a great top.
