Had a miss on the initial sale but the service folks really stepped up and made it all good. Awesome!

Delivery was timely. The unit had a broken shelf, likely from shipping. I contacted Wine Enthusiast and they assigned a repair person who came to the house and professionally repaired the unit on site. The repairs were done perfectly. Love the Scotch cabinet and appreciated the responsive service when the minor damage was reported.

Dealing with Wine Enthusiast was a good experience. I received my order a few days before I expected it. Great service.
