Great customer service.

I'm having subscription problems with the WildEarth website, and both bot and human help were unable to clear it up. So I guess I'm getting a whack load of dog kibble this month. But it's good for my dogs, we're happy, and we'll deal with the crappy website login issues at a later time. sigh. At least we have plenty of good food for the next two months...
