Exceeded my expectations. I have crushed discs in my back as well as advanced osteoporosis. I am able to easily get in and out of bed now...and I sleep through the night. I cannot remember when I last was able to do that. Delivery was within 7 days and installation took maybe 5 minutes. Absolutely no smell only pure comfort.
