Good quality and simple shopping experience.

I ordered a Queen size Recore mattress to replace my old regular mattress that I had a memory foam topper on. It took a bit of getting used to as it is firmer than my previous mattress but, for me the firmness has led to a more restful sleep than sinking to far into my previous mattress. I am happy after 3 weeks of using this mattress. No smell at all and I slept on it right away.

So Far It's Great!

It has been a week with the Full Size Recore Mattress. It's the first foam bed we have ordered and I have to say its a major improvement over our 15 year old Ikea mattress. It's interesting as the bed feels soft and hard at the same time but quite comfortable. It seems to be perfectly balanced for our weight (135lb & 115lb) and I can say that any previous back pain I had in bed is now gone. There is a nice springy feeling to the top layer of latex foam - much different to normal memory foam and I think it prevents any sunken-in and stuck feeling you might get with other foams. I would recommend it if you weight between 100-175lbs and want a medium firmness bed, it seems to be high quality. If you are heavier (over 175lbs) I would probably recommend you try the Douglas bed as I read it is a little more firm. The only minor con I can note is an odd smell from the removable cover, I will wash it later and see if it goes away (I think it will) but it has been a little bit annoying for the past week.

I am become sandman, bringer of rest

The Recore has changed my life. Old me was chronically tired, often stiff and sore, and found mornings pretty challenging. I was constantly craving an extra ten minutes on an evil old mattress that seemed to want me dead. Now, every morning feels like I'm waking out of a deep coma in five seconds flat. I spring out of bed when my alarm rings, actually ready to face the world. I find the softness just about perfect, other foam mattresses I've tried tend to feel like sinking into quicksand - this strikes a good balance. You won't drop all the way through it, but it won't bounce you off either. Motion transfer is really minimal, and it's been really nice not waking my spouse when I hop into bed late or get up in the night. Maybe most of all, I appreciate that GoodMorning.com seems to spend their money on what's actually important: the mattresses. Every other online mattress provider seems to be just burning money in order to shove glitzy YouTube ads down my throat - and their prices reflect it. Great value, great sleep, great life 10 stars / 5

Much better sleep

This mattress isn't what I was expecting, but I can't believe how much better my sleep is! I wake up feeling rested with much less time in bed. It does not have the "melt-in" feel of a memory foam mattress (which I wish it had more of) and is much firmer than I thought it would be (I'm 150 lbs) but it doesn't have any pressure point feelings in any positions that I have tried. The edge support is perfectly fine! I sleep right close to it without any "fall-off-the-bed" feelings. The only thing that I am disappointed with is the motion transfer is not as good as I thought it would be. I think because it has the bouncier "latex" layer, I can definitely feel my husband moving around. It's about the same as a regular spring mattress. Overall, I am happy with it. And for the price, you can't go wrong!
