Took multiple phone calls to schedule one spider mite spray. Slow to show up so the mites basically killed a good part of the tree before they finally arrived. Very Poor.

They were to call before coming out and didn’t. Came when I was not home and I have video of them spraying where they were not to spray, they did this last year too and I gave them one more try this year and will not use them again.

No action regarding request to do something about the crabgrass and no response from “service representative” when I told him that due to ignoring the crabgrass “situation” that their service was no longer required. Tech showed up a couple of days later and spayed the lawn anyway and left invoice on front porch. Don’t hold your breath waiting for payment...

So far not effective at all. Quite disappointing
