It was to rainy and in the forecast . the afternoon rain probably wash the application off. And the tech said it is best if the the product needs to dry on to the vegetation.

I am still waiting for the grass seed to be spread after ordering the aerate and top seed plan. Spoke to a guy on the phone and said they would be out to do it last I heard from them

Washington Tree & Lawn has been great and this is only for the aeration & overseed. I moved into a house with a yard with a few problems. Not the worst I've seen, but more than I could handle on my own. I didn't budget lawn money, but knew it would be a good investment. This is my first yard and I get it aerated and seeded. I wasn't at home when they came. The invoice only says "proper watering is required for seeds to grow." I thought there might be better after care instructions. How long until I can mow? How much watering? I just spent money I don't have and don't want to waste it by screwing it up.
