Fantastic Item and even better customer service

I ordered my 42cm multicooker directly from VonChef and it arrived quickly within 72 hours. I had a slight problem with it so emailed customer service. They responded promptly and advised a new one had been ordered for me and would be with me shortly and this one works perfectly. I originally ordered for camping but am using it almost every day at home. It’s such a great item! The service they provided was outstanding and I have recommended them and this product to several others who have all bought them! I will buy from them again and highly recommend them.
