The product works great and is made to a high quality. It took a little while to learn how to cook with it since it creates some smoke. The only bad thing i can say is that the raised VonShef name on the cast iron sometimes makes it sit unevenly on the hob. I might have to grind it off. Other wise it is a great product that was packaged well and was shipped quickly.
