I purchased the premium version. The chair arrived in a large box that looked very beat up and in bad shape. This had no impact on the product however, because the chair was impressively packed with thick and dense styrofoam boards and cardboard. The product itself was in excellent condition. The chair was very easy to assemble and took about 15-20 minutes (probably as much time to assemble as I took to slowly and carefully unpack the box). The chair looks great and is very comfortable. I have read reviews that the chair may be suboptimal for taller individuals. I am 6 foot tall, and I can appreciate what people are referring to. When I sit into the chair my head sits just above the head of the chair, so I don't achieve the ideal headrest position. If I slide down into the chair a few inches then my head is in optimal position on the head rest (to sleep if I wanted), but then there is a slight gap between my lumbar back and the deep corner of the seat (which becomes suboptimal for my lumbar region). If I use a small lumbar pillow in this position it solves the problem and I achieve a very comfortable lounging position that I can relax and fall asleep in. So, I generally use this chair in two positions: 1) with the lumbar pillow for support to sit and lie back and relax with excellent head support, or 2) without the lumbar pillow and more appropriately and comfortably positioned in the chair as designed to read, enjoy a drink, or work on my laptop. The chair is beautiful and is of excellent quality. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and after spending hours reading and browsing through various dealers I am satisfied that I went through urbanfurnishing.net.

This is the real thing. I owned an original Eams chair and this is a perfect replica. The premium leather option is higher grade than the original and that of the Herman Miller. Very pleased with our purchase.
