No communication on my order, gave me the contact info so I could schedule my delivery and it was already delivered and out to sea. I have ordered all my furniture, Houzz, Tommy Bahama, Luxe Decor, Amazon and my service was GREAT!

The cushions no NOT secure to the chair, so the wind takes them everywhere. They are too low....kills my knees to get up from sitting on them. I would not recommend...and would return if I could!!!

Extremely bad customer service! The product I purchased a 19 piece patio set, is pure junk! Urban Furnishings said that I had to pay the return shipping and a 20% restock fee!! This furniture is such poor quality, and the website description is so deceptive, they should be ashamed to ask me to pay to return it! They are calling the cushions a polyester! Big joke! They are Plastic!!!!!! This furniture may fall apart if you sit on it more than a few times !!!! I want my money back, and I don't want to pay shipping and restock! It's not fair !!!!!!!

very disappointed in your service I ordered my merchandise back in April it is May and I still have not received my order they charged the money out of my account which they should not have done but I still have not received my merchandise I had to call to find out that it was on backorder

I bought this patio furniture set and its lightweight, cushions get soaked and hard to dry out, also cushions do not stay in place. Normal wind blows them off. Even the chairs move in the wind.
