We purchased our patio set a few months ago and were very impressed with great communication from the company and the speed of the furniture delivery. We love our set and spend a lot of time on it. Our friends and family comment on the beauty, style and quality of the furniture all the time. The cushions do slip around a bit and could use some form of attachment ... We are very happy with this purchase!!!

I found UrbanFurnishing by accident and when I did it was what I had been looking for to add to our remodeled and updated new Palm Springs home. Though the packages on the website were perfect I still wanted to create something different due to the configuration of our patio and spool area and the customer service rep was so wonderful helping me explore the options and configurations. Really nice set. The cushions are thicker and comfortable to sit or lay on. The customer service was great too.

I have been shopping all my life and I have never had such a great experience as buying from Urban Furniture. The customer support is amazing, Sabrina really takes it above and beyond, not mentioning her sweet voice always trying to please you. No matter what inconveniences you run into, she always make it right. The product I received was amazing the price, well I don't even have to say anything about it, you will not find anything so beautiful for this price. This is a great buy. I wish there were more Sabrina's everywhere I buy.
