Received my furniture yesterday and it looks amazing. It is comfortable and looks great on my patio. Easy online ordering and delivery was quick and no hassle.

The chair was delivered promptly as scheduled. Minimum assembly was required since it was preassembled already. It is comfortable as it was originally designed complete with the proper shock mounts neatly concealed underneath the arm rests. No flaws on leather and veneer. It would be interesting to find out if the difference between the "ultra premium" and "premium" versions is worth the extra $200 more. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. It appears to be well made. Although leather did not smell like the typical new leather due to the overpowering 'chemical smell' which is currently dissipating over time. Wood veneer is flawless. Leg construction seems robust. I will follow up this review after one year of constant use.
