Needed additional clips as major storm damaged two of them [furniture was fine]. Came as expected, snapped them back in, all good. They came quickly before the weekend as I was having a party.

Ordered the 10 piece Ibiza set. Was not delivered on promised day (Estes Express line). When delivered and after opening the boxes I observed one glass table entirely smashed. The outside of the box was damaged, (several boxes had holes in them). Contacted Estes Express Line .. they would hear nothing about it. Contacted UrbanFurnishing, they immediately apologized and sent out a replacement part that same day (no questions asked!). Got the glass soon after. Happy with the furniture. Then I ordered the wrong size cover (my fault), returned it for a refund again with no questions asked.. Anyway, hats off to Urban Furnishings! 5 stars!

Looks exactly as pictured on the website. Very modern and sleek look and pillows are great quality. They also did an amazing job on packaging. Very easy to take out of the boxes and arrage!

the cushion replacement came on time and matched our existing cushions perfectly. A big thank you!!
