Our chair arrived packaged perfectly and only the chair had to be screwed to the base. It is absolutely lovely in our home and EXACTLY what we were hoping for. We have decided to purchase a second one in the near future, so that we have a pair and no one fights over he gets to rest in this lounger.

We absolutely love it! It was a hit at our family reunion, too. I love it!

I needed to switch out my furniture cover because I ordered the wrong size. Urban Furnishings was prompt with everything and took care of me. I got the correct size shipped to me right away.
