Poor return policy with cost of shipping left entirely to customer. Makes returns/exchanges financially prohibitive.

This lamp was proportioned much more bulky than it looks and the color is different from the picture. It arrived in an obscene amount of packaging. And, worst of all, Unison *does not cover shipping costs on returns.* UPS quoted me $240 to ship this back to the company. Outrageous. Will never buy anything again from this company.

Needed ten dining chairs. Luckily only bought one to see if it was suitable. It was cheaply made. you are responsible to ship items back. It would cost me more than the price of the chair to ship it back. Now I'm stuck with a chair that i cannot use. Will not be ordering anything from this company again.

The plastic makes them look cheap and they don’t close well, it’s easy to spill soap. Returning them.

The placemats are pink, not apricot. I didn't want pink placemats, so I asked to return them with the return shipping charges waived. Unison denied this request. I will not be shopping with them again, due to this poor customer service experience.
