Mine is black and good looking, but the predrilled holes for the screws that hold the top two sections together are not perfectly lined up; so the second screw does not completely tighten and the top wobbles. I don 't think it will come apart, but it's not perfect. (At $100, I ask myself, "Should I have expected perfection?")
