Great selection. Shipping happens in secure packaging. When I needed help with one of my plants customer service helped me in a super friendly and speed manner. Definitely a good destination for getting a pop of green for your home. I will certainly purchase more plants from ugaoo.

The concept of selling varieties of plants online is really amazing. Ordered 5 different plants, delivered on time but a few were damaged. Customer service team responded on time, and re-delivered the new ones. Totally recommend Ugaoo! :)
