I purchased it for my wife’s aunt and uncle who are in their 80’s just moved from South Carolina, thinking it would make their lives simpler and easier. The installation was easy as all necessary parts were shipped and the instructions were extremely clear. It turns out, unfortunately, our aunt had a physical situation that could not accommodate slight angle of the toilet seat (the back side became slightly elevated and asked me to remove it after 2 days of installation. I even offered to raise the front side but she just wanted it out. Is it possible to return it since every part was put back in the box.
