The Tushy was a gift that we received for our wedding. I have since bought a Tushy for my (new) brother in law and their family. Unfortunately, our plumbing didn’t allow us to use the heated water option, but I still couldn’t be happier with the product. I also appreciated the sense of humor with the installation instructions. Their customer support team is also top notch!! I would gladly recommend or purchase for others.
