At the end of the day you can’t beat speaking to a friendly professional member of the team but time is money etc etc!?!?! More mistakes are made with the online system, some are mine, some are teething issues but I imagine there will always be a few more problems with the online version. Progress 😉

Telesales staff are really pleasant and helpful, delivery guys cheerful.

The on line ordering works pretty well. The only issue I would say is e.g. if you put in potatoes the search doesn’t start with the basics I.e. a sack of spuds so you have to go through pages of potato products before you get there. This is the case with a lot of searches. Some products don’t come up at all unless you put in the code!
