Need to get orders right, sales rep is great, last two orders both wrong

when something is in stock at 7pm then when the delivery arrives and nil delivered which leave my menu short of that item

All fresh vegetable wasnt delivered. Usual prep routine could not be carried out and lost one day of intakes for various items ( salads, parmigiana, pizzas with veg). I hope it doesnt happen again. Thanks to Rachel for delivering early next morning

Very disappointed that having being a customer of my previous supplier for several years I changed to yourselves only to find that now you will not deliver in my area . I feel very let down...
