I love the sofa and
I love the sofa and get plenty of compliments but the actual process of getting it was difficult. After weeks and weeks we finally learned that the sofa was "lost" in transit within the last ten miles of freight delivery. Manufacture and delivery already took some number of weeks and then it was weeks more while the shipper "looked" for the package before admitting it had been "lost." Finally we had to wait several more weeks while a second sofa was manufactured and shipped. There was no discount, disappointing customer service, and I think we may have had to pay shipping twice. I know we requested true modern to use a different shipper and you were unable to accommodate that request. After months we finally received a sofa we are very very happy with. However, in the meantime, the manufacturer contacted me to "confirm" that we had received the original sofa and rejected it for being the wrong color! I told the manufacturer what really happened and felt that it was likely true modern had been dishonest with them. I will not need a 20% discount because I will not buy from True Modern again.
