Visited the website which was laid out nicely and found a sofa that I really liked. Had a couple of questions and online chatted with Truemodern. Turns out I was chatting with the president of the company. This moved to email with him and he was able to customize the sofa for me at no extra charge. Not only did I get a great sofa, but the experience of researching and making the order was above and beyond. I own my own business and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish
