Second time I have used this company, sadly the last. Trackback cancelled order and then immediately relisted items at double the price. Not professional and not the way to gain customer loyalty

still not had my parcel

Useless, I ordered a camp stove which took thirteen days to arrive . Unfortunately this was three days after I had gone on holiday. I tried to stop this order, but communication with this company is very hard as they will not answer the phone, and emails can take 48 hours for them to reply . Eventually this was resolved but took a long time. I would not use this company again
