paid for a next day delivery but item failed to arrive despite emails saying it’s on its way. after phone calls to supplying company order was cancelled and new order instigated then another email came saying delivery on its way. had to delay a planned long journey to await actual delivery so all in all lost best part of a day hanging around. not a happy person with Trackback

Part of order missing . Had to call to get refund . Asked for delivery charge to be refunded as I only went with them as they had both items I required in stock or wouldn’t have even placed the order . They agreed to refund only £1 of the £3.99 charge . Took one week for delivery to come . So overall not the best service

Received parcel and the hey dugie didn’t sing and my Austic grandson was extremely upset as it was a replacement for one that he had previously. I was actually looking for one that the battery could be replaced as this seems to make him happy which is extremely as main concern, so I returned it as still have not received any response or replacement or refund, copy of receipts

Wouldn't order from here again as the product isn't as described and had no shipping information provided
