Excellent service

From my own personal experience with Track Pack, I can only sing their praise. My order was at a competitive price and delivered promptly. I did have a problem with the condition the goods were delivered in, however upon contacting customer services via e-mail, they were very professional and sorted out the issue very efficiently. I had read other customer reviews and noted they weren’t too kind/positive; I really don’t understand why this is the case. I presented Track Pack with details of my problem, supported by photos, along with various e-mail bouncing back and forth and within 3 working days we came to an amicable solution that suited both parties.
