Excellent service

From my own personal experience with Track Pack, I can only sing their praise. My order was at a competitive price and delivered promptly. I did have a problem with the condition the goods were delivered in, however upon contacting customer services via e-mail, they were very professional and sorted out the issue very efficiently. I had read other customer reviews and noted they weren’t too kind/positive; I really don’t understand why this is the case. I presented Track Pack with details of my problem, supported by photos, along with various e-mail bouncing back and forth and within 3 working days we came to an amicable solution that suited both parties. Brilliant

We ordered a very attractive and very well priced picnic hamper. Unfortunately when it arrived it had obviously been badly damaged in transit. After contacting track pack, they couldn't have been more helpful, firstly offering a reduction in price on the first item and as this wasn't an option, a replacement was sent within a few days. Customer service at it's best.
