Customer service was excellent (I honestly wasn't expecting this from a website - and I have often had really bad experiences with buying from unknown websites in the past, but I was so desperate for dumbbells that I just went for it!) The package was delayed because of Covid disruptions and when I got in touch to find out when the package would arrive, the person I spoke to was helpful and tracked everything for me in person. I would absolutely buy from this site again.
