Easy to order. Very good value. There was a delay with delivery but customer services was excellent and when I did get my order I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of my item thank you 😊

The service was very good bordering on great. My only criticism would be this: I ordered an item on the 18th December and waited for delivery. When the item had not arrived after a week or so I contacted the company asking when I could expect my item. I was told the stock in the warehouse was damaged and I would have to wait until after New Year for the supplier to re-open (or they would refund me). I wonder if the company would have informed me if I had not contacted them first. If the stock was damaged surely I should have been informed immediately. Damaged stock___acceptable. Failure to inform me___not acceptable. Needless to say. The item did arrive not long after New Year and I am very pleased with it.
