Love the product- the people are helpful. Just wondering if there's a way to reduce shipping? But I love the towels. Great stuff.

The towels are very soft and the Caribbean Blue is a beautiful color. They are lighter weight than expected so they don't look as "fluffy" has I had hoped but they are still nice. Can't beat the price!

Had to check in to ensure the order shipped. I eventually received my order and the product was exactly what I hoped for, for a great price. Would order again, but beware of potential shipping problems.

I was looking for towels that are very high quality that is a form of terry cloth, but very tightly woven for embroidery. The towels are the right size but not the quality I desired. I do not think it was your fault. I ordered the heaviest towels you had on the website, hoping they would be enough. I will make these work for something, but they are just not what I was hoping for and when I tried to call or email, I got no response. The advertising was good. the return policy is reasonable, but not worth the cost of return these. I have learned a good lesson. Your delivery was superb. The advertisements for large luxury bathtowels (and beach towels for logos and team names) are appealing. I hoped that the same quality would apply to all the towels. This was just not what I expected and hoped for. But could be helpful for sport teams, shower rooms, hospitals. just not for fancy embroidery. Let me know if you begin carrying higher end towels. thanks
