The service online was awesome. The followup service was awesome and speedy delivery too. I have washed the towels 3 times and the lint is amazing, have to clean it out in the middle of the dryer cycle. They did mention this but I hope it stops soon and that it doesn't rub off when using. Have not had a chance to use them yet.
