THS was wonderful to deal with. I had concerns about delivery, and they went out of their way to make sure it was delivered on time, assured me someone would bring it into my home. I had several conversations with customer service about ordering such a large unit over the internet and she assured me that the quality and care of my experience would be excellent, and it was. It was nice to talk to a live person.

THS does a great job in helping me select my heat pumps. The delivery company they used on my last purchase was horrible. They left my heat pump at the end of my 2000 foot driveway in the rain. I can’t see this from my home. They never called me to tell me they were coming. Luckily, I went out that day to check my mail and found it there. I was shocked.
