Shopped around on the internet for a new PTAC unit to replace my old one that I could no longer get parts for. Looked and looked and THS had the best deal on a Friedrich unit, which happened to be what I was looking for. Latest in refrigerant and great in technology. I asked some questions and was given quick responses. Ordered and received my unit quickly. Installed it and it works great and has a great look to it as well.
