The dual unit was probably at least 40+ years when it started having problems. It didn’t officially die, but due to time restraints, the age of the unit and that it was the middle of the heatwave in June, it was hard to find someone who could repair it, so we decided to replace it. We called at least 3 other places, but they were unable to assist us. From the moment we called THS, everyone we talked with was professional, polite and helpful. Vanessa, Jake and Mike not only answered our questions, when they found out we would be installing it ourselves (or I should say, my husband would be lol), they asked us questions to make sure we had everything needed to do the installation correctly. Since my husband was picking up the unit, they had everything ready to go when he arrived and even assisted with helping put the unit in the car. While the other 40+ year unit is currently still working, I’m sure it will need to be replaced soon and we will definitely be calling THS again.
