Arrived as scheduled, great price, great product. Packaging not so great, Box needs binder straps or handles, this is a heavy fire pit

Fast shipping, the packing seemed a little flimsy given the weight of the contents - but everything arrived, and nothing was damaged.

Good product just wish they had better quality control prior to shipping.
