I submitted a detailed review. I love my Titan grill. I made a few tweaks and touched up the paint and found missing grill retainer clips from the local store. Cemented mount pole and seasoned grill without smoke to burn off residue then wiped with grapeseed oil or canola. This is an excellent cooking grill that is fun to use.

The diamond plate cover got to my house the day, that was scheduled, and had no scratches or dings from shipping.

This is a great, very well constructed grill. 100% happy with the product. BUT very poor packaging/shipping. This heavy piece was shipped in a crappy cardboard box which ripped open on all 4 side during shipping. The Fire Ring did get scratched on the edges that were sticking out of the box but since it is so well made it wasn't dented or damaged at all. I do recommend this product highly.
