I've ordered from Thymes many times and am always so pleased! I'm always so excited to get it that it seems to take forever to come. I order enough to get free shipping, but won't pay for express. I'm my own worst enemy there! The sturdy, beautiful, totally reusable box (finally~!) arrives and I have to open it right away (as opposed to the Amazon boxes piled in my living room.) The product is wrapped thoughtfully and carefully within, and the packaging of each product is superior, as are the contents inside. I respect a brand that respects itself. That's why I keep coming back! Thymes' dedication to quality is consistent in every aspect. My mother introduced me to Thymes decades ago via Goldleaf -- a perennial favorite -- and I've been a dedicated fan ever since and will stay so. So don't sell out to corporate and change your stellar self! I used to buy from a shop nearby until I discovered the website. So much more to see and try. I love fragrance, and Thymes is tops with me!

Anything that I buy here I love. Can't recall the first time I bought your merchandise and I loved it. Was having problems ordering on line so anytime I was at a big hospital if I saw your logo I would buy it. I have some old merchandise that I bought years ago and I have still it not wanting to use thinking I will not find again. I just love your products. Thank you for your products. Gee
