I ordered and cancelled these same items from another supplier who let me down. I emailed these guys and got an immediate response plus a small discount for buying multiple pieces of furniture. The website may not be the clearest when you order as to acceptable delivery dates and it could do with an extra step in the payment process (payment confirmation page!). I had to check my online banking app to confirm the payment had gone through. But an hour later I got a confirmation email. On the day selected for delivery I had a tracking number and the driver called to say he was 10 minutes away to confirm I was ready for him. The furniture was an excellent price compared to other suppliers. (I saved £150 on 4 items over the first company I cancelled with) As for the furniture itself, I didn't expect the quality and sturdiness I received for the money I spent. The packaging was excellent, protective corners in every box, plenty of padding to protect the contents and someone clearly thought about how to reinforce and strengthen the furniture properly so that it will last a long time. Best flat pack I've ever had. Assembling it all was clear and easy (for the larger items I should have had a second person to help but that was my oversight!) Extremely happy with the service, delivery and the quality of the products.
