The Sleepstation were so helpful when it came to delivery as they contacted the courier to get us the early morning slot. The bed is very comfortable and perfect for guests. The headboard can go on both sides as well as we were not sure and took the risk. The price was the best we found online too.

Really pleased with the bed. Good instructions and straight forward to set it up. It wasn’t in stock, but it was still cheaper to order via sleep station than the supplier. Great communication all the way and it ended up coming 2 weeks earlier than expected.

When ordering I picked a day the following week for it to be delivered. I received email confirmation of the order, as I live in Scotland I was expected a some form of follow up contact as the website had stated delivery times may be extended for Scottish deliveries but i never heard anything. The day before the expected delivery I called up to ensure everything was still on track and was assured by friendly staff that the order had gone through and I should expect the parcel the following day. There was no contact from the delivery company which concerned me slightly however the bed turned up as expected. I managed to build the bed myself and am really pleased with the quality, it looks very expensive, the under bed storage mechanism works smoothly (we got the super king so plenty of space) and I've had no issues so far. Communication could have been better (but maybe that is just me). Overall, really pleased I decided to order from The Sleepstation.
