The whole shopping experience was great! I had to contact the customer service because I purchased the wrong size. They responded promptly and had no problem to fix it. My pillow casses, duvet set, and fitted sheet came on time and well packaged. The "Thank you" card and tags have all instructions how to take care of my beautiful set ( wash and dry). The quality is amazing. It is soft and super comfortable to touch. The duvet cover has an extra pocket that doesn't let the duvet itself to be visible on the side where the buttons are. Pillow casses has the same pocket as well. I am a super happy customer:) Thank you so much for the amazing set!!!
