The Madison Bench is absolutely beautiful! It was easy to navigate the website & was easy to put together when it arrived. It looks amazing! I would recommend the Madison bench & The Bench Factory!

It took around 4 weeks to fill my order, my bench had wood apearance planks. The credit card was not charged till the order was shipped. The assembly instructions were exactly opposite of the actual assembly of the bench. All that aside, the bench is beautiful, strong, and I'm sure will last a very long time. Phone service and email contact is very good, I would recommend them to my friends and family.
