It was delivered quickly. No issues with the payment arrangements and they followed up with an email to see if I like the steam mop

I did not find your service very customer friendly. Very hard to communicate in a timely manner.

Easy to install. Shipping took longer than expected. Definitely reduces storage space. Recommend a plastic hook to secure wheel to frame, rather than the velcro piece.

Wish it was easier to remove lime buildup
