Best pan ever
We have an induction stove and a lot of our old pans no longer work on it, so we saw the ad for the FlavourStone pans and thought we would try them. I love the smaller pan, eggs simply slide off it, requiring no fat or oil at all. I also love the larger ribbed frying pans. Everything turns out really well in them, without the need for fat. So far I have cooked shrimp, steak, chicken breast, pork chops in them and they all turned out great. Another good feature is that you can also put them in the oven to finish the cooking and the handles remain intact! If I hear they have a larger flat frying pan as well or even saucepans or pots, I will be lining up to buy them.
