Think it does a great job for what it is. Was disappointed because I thought I was getting the X5 with all those extra attachments.

Thane is the best leg circulation machine ever. I love mine and it’s showing a little improving in my legs already.

I just love it.It took some use at first.I went to much the first time & got a little sore. My son told me to go easy the first few times as I am 81 now but I got using it & didnt want to stop. I love the massage paskage also as my son was here & I got him to massage my back & it felt so good..I tried it on him & He loved it.

Just started using your appliance and knowing it is going to help my hip.

I received the H20HD and am pleased with the product. To date I have only used it on ceramic tiles. I was looking forward to using the steamer on my upholstery and stairs. I did contact Thane and asked what accessories I needed to do this as I couldn't see reference to it in the manual. To my disappointment, Customer Service told me basically to read the manual. This was not helpful. So although I like the H20HD, I am left unhappy with customer service. I did respond to their email with my unanswered question but did not receive further information. Perhaps you can help.
