Excellent product. Well built, sturdy and very easy to assemble. Works great for my XL bike. Very pleased with this purchase.

I needed a new water tank, filter and pads for my steam mop which I have had for many years. My emails were promptly responded to and items shipped and received in four days. My daughter has used my steam mop for a few years and just purchased one for her own home. I find the cord is the only thing I would redesign if possible.

Love the fx pro so light and easy to use! Bought one and received the bc second for just the cost of shipping gave it to my daughter and she also loves her!
