Replacement had a chip should be perfect. shipping carton on replacement was banged up. scale works just disappointed on the chip.

I did not receive the item as pictured. I received a white replacement that does not look as robust as the chrome item and is not as loud as the chrome type.

Bad!

Display not visible from certain angles - also Date display should be month/day NOT day/month --- Your OLDER models were much better -- VERY Disappointed !!!

You didn't do anything! I got a shitty scale! 10/10 do not recommend!
